Billing Specialist

Valicor is looking for a Billing Specialist to work onsite in our Dearborn Facility.

• Accurately create invoices based on customer contracts and plant data.
• Respond to customer invoice inquiries in a timely fashion
• Ensure accurate data is being entered by the Plant for services provided
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts
• Work with Sales, Plant, and customers to resolve open issues, such as missing PO’s, payment issues, and invoice disputes
• Audit and reconcile customer accounts
• Assist in drafting SOP’s and best practices for job function
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, Finance) to identify efficiency opportunities.

• 2
  -3 years recent billing with Accounts Receivable ledger experience
• Some college preferred but not required
• Attention to detail is a key component of this role; in addition to being a self‑starter and having basic Excel and computer skills
• Experience in Microsoft CRM Field Service/ERP Billing System
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Good interpersonal skills

Successful candidates must pass the Pre‑Screening process if offered this position. This includes a criminal background check and drug screen.
