Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Controller, focusing on the month-end close process and managing various financial transactions throughout the month. Key Responsibilities

* Month-End Close:
Actively participate in monthly accounting system transactions, accruals, account reconciliations, and the comprehensive month-end closing process.

* Accrual Management:
Prepare monthly revenue and cost accruals, including payroll, subcontractor, and intercompany cost/revenue accruals.

* Journal Entries & Payroll:
Accurately prepare and post payroll journal entries.

* Reconciliations:
Perform bank account reconciliations, as well as balance sheet accruals, amortizations, and reconciliations.

* Intercompany Accounting:
Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables smoothly across related entities.

* Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in generating and analyzing gross margin reports, preparing local Financial Statements, and generating Management Reporting.
