Venteon Finance is currently seeking a qualified CONTROLLER for a growing client.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7 - 10+ years of progressive experience
- Supervisory experience as either a Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Coordinate with the CFO on the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts
- Manage banking relationships and monitor daily cash flow to support operational needs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Coordinate annual audits
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff (Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Staff Accountant).
