Elder Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and have dealership accounting experience, we'd love to hear from you.

• Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments accurately and timely
• Process and post accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and reconcile the dealership's daily deposit
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
• Prepare customer refunds and other accounting transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
• Work closely with managers, vendors, and other dealership departments
• Perform additional accounting duties as needed

• Previous Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience required
• Experience with CDK is preferred
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
