W2 Contract

Pay Rate - $30-$34/hr with 2 weeks PTO and contribution towards healthcare

Engagement Description

The primary responsibility of the role is focused on curriculum development including the creation of new quizzes, desk-level procedures, training activities, facilitation guides, computer-based training courses, as well as documentation maintenance.

  • Requires attention to detail, consistency and formatting in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
  • Ability to digitize training activities and manual processes, especially within MS Forms/Teams.
  • Requires collaboration with operational areas to discuss needs/seek clarification (schedule/conduct meetings, identify process gaps/inconsistencies, draft communication and publish updates).

This role will utilize SharePoint for documentation administration, which includes managing desk-level procedures and requests, tracking training quiz scores and statistics, and identifying/implementing process improvement workflows that will streamline training and documentation.

  • Maintaining and granting access to Share Point
  • Creating new document libraries and lists
  • Uploading documents to Share Point
  • Sending out communication alerts for changes
  • Track statistics from training quizzes
  • Managing status updates in SharePoint Lists
  • Review work processes to identify areas for improved efficiency
  • Understanding and ability to learn integrated tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Forms

Requires support of department projects and initiatives to ensure training / documentation is aligned with projects and changes to processes.

  • Determine impact on desk level procedures and training activities
  • Attend meetings as needed and track information for reference
