Role OverviewCulture Collective is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Visionary and Integrator across a fast-growing, multi-entity healthcare ecosystem.
The Executive Assistant is a critical execution seat within the Culture Collective structure. This role exists to translate leadership priorities into organized action, maintain accountability systems, and protect executive focus.
You are not just managing a calendar. You are ensuring clarity, follow-through, and disciplined execution across multiple initiatives.
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of operating in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities- Translate leadership directives into actionable projects and next steps
- Prepare and manage Level 10 meetings, Rocks, and To-Do tracking
- Maintain accountability systems and execution follow-through
- Coordinate cross-entity projects and vendor relationships
- Manage executive calendar with intention and priority protection
- Filter communication to preserve leadership focus
- Prepare summaries, briefs, and decision-support materials
- Coordinate travel logistics and offsite planning
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support operational systems and documentation
- 2+ years supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- High level of discretion and professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities
- Experience with project management and digital collaboration tools
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or multi-entity organizations
- Familiarity with EOS or structured operating systems
