Job Description Summary

This role supports the Facilities team by maintaining and updating the 5‑year facilities project forecast, with a strong focus on Excel-based data management and analysis. The position offers hands-on exposure to facilities project planning, capital request preparation, invoice processing, and-over time-site assessments for candidates who demonstrate aptitude and interest.

Job Description:

* Maintain, update, and improve the Facilities 5‑Year Forecast tool using advanced Excel functions and structured data management.

* Collaborate with Facilities and Finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with budgeting processes.

* Assist with planning and documentation for facilities projects, including scope development and scheduling.

* Prepare and draft capital request documents and supporting materials.

* Support invoice processing, tracking, and documentation for facilities-related expenditures.

* Participate in site assessments and facility reviews once proficiency and interest are demonstrated.

* Maintain organized project records and contribute to process improvements within the forecasting workflow.

* Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Facilities team as needed.

* All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

* Currently pursuing a degree fulltime in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management), Finance, or a related field.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.

* Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong written communication skills for preparing project requests and documentation.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Minimum 3.0 GPA.

* Available to work 25 hours each week, year-round.

* Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
