This role supports the Facilities team by maintaining and updating the 5‑year facilities project forecast, with a strong focus on Excel-based data management and analysis. The position offers hands‑on exposure to facilities project planning, capital request preparation, invoice processing, and—over time—site assessments for candidates who demonstrate aptitude and interest.

Job Description- Maintain, update, and improve the Facilities 5‑Year Forecast tool using advanced Excel functions and structured data management.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Finance teams to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with budgeting processes.
- Assist with planning and documentation for facilities projects, including scope development and scheduling.
- Prepare and draft capital request documents and supporting materials.
- Support invoice processing, tracking, and documentation for facilities‑related expenditures.
- Participate in site assessments and facility reviews once proficiency and interest are demonstrated.
- Maintain organized project records and contribute to process improvements within the forecasting workflow.
- Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Facilities team as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree full‑time in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management), Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and analysis.
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing project requests and documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Available to work 25 hours each week, year‑round.
- Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
