Contract Compliance Dept. Admin. Clerk (Contract) – Detroit Land Bank Authority
Employment Details- Employment Type:
Contract - Duration: 4 weeks to 3 months
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Pay
Schedule:
Bi-weekly, up to 40 hrs/week
- Process Release of Interest inquiries
- Respond to Release of Interest emails
- Track and monitor the return of the Release of Interest and Reconveyance Deeds
- File Reconsideration Packets
- Call and schedule appointments for Reconsideration Closings
- Parking reimbursement up to $15
