Looking for executive assistant with experience in Quick Books, proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, work, outlook), and Organizational management
Responsibilities- Managing their employers’ calendars and schedules upon request
- Answering or screening emails, calls and in-person appointments
- Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports upon request
- Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments or leading administrative support staff
- Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners
- Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress
- Perform other duties as assigned
