Role SummaryReporting to the People Experience & Communication Manager, the HR Administrator & Receptionist is a key member of the Human Resources team. The person in this role will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing people at the office, and handling general inquiries.
- Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring filing, requests, mailing, scanning, and faxing is completed in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the Human Resource department.
- Support the coordination of corporate meetings and events.
- Support Executive Leadership with requests.
- Manage email correspondence and maintain the corporate office calendar.
- Support ad‑hoc clerical tasks as needed.
- Prepare conference rooms and training rooms for meetings.
- Assist with securing catering and other needs for events and meetings.
- Facilitate corporate travel plans as needed.

- Work Experience:
Entry Level. - Education:
High school or equivalent. - Analytics/Computer
Skills:
2 years’ experience working with MS Office. - Organization
