Join our Dimondale Nursing Care Center team! The Receptionist functions as the primary contact person for in-coming calls and the facility's First Impression, greeting all visitors, family members, and residents. This position is also responsible for providing a variety of administrative and clerical support.

- Part Time – 15-20 Hours Per Week, including every other weekend
- Shift Needs:
- 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm (during the week)
- Weekend Shifts rotate between the following schedule:
- 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
- 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and all facility personnel.
- Strong customer service focus, with a kind and caring demeanor and ability to demonstrate compassion in a long-term care environment.
- Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
- Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff, as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
- Update facility phone listing, as needed.
