Your RoleYour work will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting with data entry in firm tax applications.
- Data maintenance and updates in the tax due date system.
- Managing staff requests related to the tax due date system.
- E-filing extensions and tax returns through the electronic filing software and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Providing backup support to team members as needed to ensure continuity of operations, as needed.
- Supporting administrative projects, including complex assignments, for a team or industry group, as needed.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
- Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $22.05 - $30.62
