Affordable Housing Office Administrator

- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English
- Strong organizational skills

- Strong customer service skills
Experience in housing or hospitality, knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, and a genuine passion for the mission of affordable housing are preferred.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
ScheduleThis is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
What to Expect as an Affordable Housing Office AdministratorIn this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many residents and prospective applicants, creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. You'll answer questions about Detroit-area properties, direct calls to the appropriate team members, collect rent payments, distribute rental applications, document work orders, and coordinate requests with the appropriate parties.
Behind the scenes, you'll keep critical office functions organized by handling scanning, filing, copying, and other administrative responsibilities that help our headquarters operate smoothly and serve residents effectively.
