GENERAL
SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision of a vice president or administrative director provides administrative support services such as coordinating functions associated with conference arrangements, committee activities and meeting agendas.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
Option 1:
- Associate's Degree in Business or Secretarial field from an accredited business school or college
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible related work experience
- In-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
Option 2:
- G.E.D. equivalent with post-high school coursework in Business or Secretarial field from an accredited business school or college
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible related work experience
- In-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
REQUIRED TECHNICAL
SKILLS:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power Point
- Microsoft Access
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to compose and prepare confidential reports, tables, and memorandums
- Conference and event coordination
- Committee and meeting coordination
