Job Description

GENERAL

SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision of a vice president or administrative director provides administrative support services such as coordinating functions associated with conference arrangements, committee activities and meeting agendas.

Qualifications

** QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

**

  • Associate's Degree in business or secretarial field with 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR G.E.D. equivalent with post-secondary business coursework and 5-7 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
