The Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant, Office of Student Affairs, Medical Center, School of Medicine, Georgetown University provides operational and administrative support to the School of Medicine Office of Student Affairs.
Duties- Manage the shared office inbox
- Prepare and send student correspondence and letters
- Maintaining and organizing electronic files
- Assisting with data management projects
- Provide administrative support for student programs and initiatives
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, the Temporary Administrative Assistant routinely interfaces with School of Medicine staff across all SOM offices, and students.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities under time constraints
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong technical writing skills

Pay RangeThe projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $16.56 - $20.24.
