This position is part-time, scheduled approximately Monday – Friday 5-6 hours per day. Working an average of 28 hours per week.
The job duties of the part-time Administrative Assistant III include but are not limited to ensure that documents, reports, and data are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently; to answer phones and provide reception in the lobby; to work independently in a customer service and administrative professional position; to participate in work groups and teams; and to provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service to County residents and the general public.
Interviews will be conducted on Monday, 9/28/2026, 8:00am – 2:00pm.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree in a clerical field required.
- Three (3) years of recent related work experience in a Secretarial/Administrative Assistant position required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

Wage and BenefitsStarting Wage: $24.08 – $26.17 per hour depending on qualifications plus an excellent fringe benefit package. Maximum Wage: $31.40 per hour.
