Join EY as a Senior Manager in the Business Performance – Supply Chain – Manufacturing team. We lead the transformation of manufacturing operations through process excellence, people, data, and digital solutions to drive plant optimization. This role focuses on building and executing the P&G Alliance sales pipeline and supporting conversion efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Generate demand and build the pipeline specific to the P&G Alliance.
- Create executive-level “slip‑sheets” summarizing P&G’s Integrated Work System to support client discussions.
- Research client operational and manufacturing challenges, identifying where P&G’s IWS can add value.
- Develop relationships with EY account executives, positioning the P&G Alliance as a differentiated solution.
- Lead initial meetings with senior client executives (C‑suite, SVP, VP, Sr Directors) to present the Alliance’s competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing leadership to support next‑step client workshops, identifying tangible opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of client leads and pipeline progression.
- Follow independence restrictions and P&G competitor “no‑fly” lists.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across functions to identify related transformation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years in manufacturing, supply‑chain consulting, or digital transformation within the industrial sector.
- Experience with Manufacturing Network Optimization and Operational Excellence.
- Strategic thinking in Manufacturing Strategy and Operating Model.
- Experience with Vertical Start‑up of New Plants and Line Initiatives.
- Strong client relationship management and revenue generation skills.
- Commercial astuteness and effective communication with impact.
- Complex problem‑solving and outcome‑driven mindset.
- Hybrid collaboration and learning agility.
- Vulnerability to managing change and negotiation skills.
- Sector knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain.
- Proven experience operating in P&G’s Integrated Work System (industry or consulting).
- Strong executive presence and senior‑management interfacing experience.
- Sales experience is highly desired.
- Client relationship management and revenue generation.
- Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Supply Network Operations (SNO), Vertical Startup (VSU), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or PMP certifications.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking to forecast industry trends.
- Global manufacturing operations experience.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range in the U.S. $150,400–$343,600 (with higher ranges for key metros). Includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Hybrid work model: most external client‑serving roles work 40–60% in‑person.
