We are currently looking to fill a full‑time, permanent position for a Consumer Insights Analyst in our Marketing Department at our Leamington office.
What You'll Do:
Bring Consumer Insights to Life:
- Contribute to the design and execution of research projects, partnering with external vendors to deliver quality insights on time and on budget
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, compelling stories that drive action
- Build presentations that bring the consumer to
- Support the activation of our consumer research across the organization
Mine Data and Identify Opportunities:
- Create and analyze reports using syndicated data platforms and emerging on‑demand research tools
- Build and maintain standardized reporting templates for category performance, competitive tracking, and consumer trends
- Track emerging trends, competitor activities, and whitespace opportunities
- Compile regular intelligence updates for internal distribution
Fuel Innovation and
Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Product and Packaging Innovation, and Sales teams to deliver insights that inform real decisions
- Arm the team with consumer‑backed sell stories for retail partners and trade show moments
- Be a go‑to resource for "what does the consumer think?" building a reputation as the team's insight engine

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics within CPG, food and beverage, or retail; fresh produce or perishables experience a plus
- Hands‑on experience with syndicated data platforms (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator) and/or primary research execution (surveys, focus groups, IDIs)
- Strong communicator who can distill data from multiple sources and present findings to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including charts, pivot tables, and presentation development
- Valid passport with ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required
