We are seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support education partners across Michigan. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value of technology solutions used by educators and administrators.
The ideal candidate has experience working in education technology, understands district-level stakeholders, and excels at building strong partnerships that lead to measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic partner during implementation and adoption of solutions
- Conduct regular virtual and onsite check‑ins to review goals, progress, and updates
- Analyze customer engagement data to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop account strategies that promote customer health, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Support onboarding and provisioning of customer sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive teacher and administrator adoption
- Provide feedback to improve Customer Success processes and workflows
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience managing customer relationships in education technology or a similar environment (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with school districts, administrators, and education stakeholders
- Ability to present data, insights, and results to senior‑level leaders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Must reside in Michigan
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and clean driving record for the past 39 months
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
