We are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive Assistant Direct Account Specialist to support key operational activities related to Direct Account returns, reporting workflows, and program analysis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, managing data, improving processes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth day‑to‑day operations supporting our Direct Account programs.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Direct Account Support & Returns Processing
- Oversee, analyze, and process Direct Account returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor the Direct Account returns mailbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate return records, documentation, and supporting files.
- Program & Reporting Support
- Conduct post‑program analysis for incentive initiatives and assist in summarizing results.
- Manage and maintain “Top 90” reporting requirements, ensuring all data is up‑to‑date and accurate.
- Use third‑party reporting tools (such as eSMART) to gather, analyze, and distribute sales and performance data.
- Data Insights & Leadership Support
- Prepare reports, summaries, and data insights to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Identify data discrepancies or issues and assist in researching and resolving them.
- Provide support for quarterly and annual account reviews by organizing data, preparing reports, and tracking timelines.
- Cross‑Functional Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams, distribution centers, and stakeholders to address account‑related issues.
- Work with publishing teams to create and distribute bulletins for program updates and new initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Special Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support and participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, or enhance reporting and operational workflows.
- Help maintain and enhance documentation related to Direct Account processes.
