Project Manager - Commercial Glazing

Dynamic Glazing Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of commercial architectural aluminum glazing systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, installation requirements, and architectural intent.
• Conduct take‑offs, prepare accurate cost estimates, project schedules, and material procurement processes for commercial windows, doors, storefronts, curtain walls, and other glass and aluminum solutions.
• Order, track, and coordinate materials for each project to successful conclusion.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and President to negotiate favorable terms with customers and vendors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, complete, and accurate records, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Participate in quality control inspections and process improvements.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, manufacturers, general contractors, subcontractors, and public agencies to promote revenue growth.
• Stay informed of current product, system, and industry practices to improve efficiencies and skills.

• Proficient at understanding and translating construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office and computer take‑off and estimating programs.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to maintain service quality.
• Excellent client‑facing, internal communication, negotiation, and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership, time‑management, budgeting, and analytical abilities.
• Effective written communication, grammar, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
• Professional, courteous disposition for nurturing business development and relationships.
• AutoCAD/GDS knowledge preferred.

• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.

• Standard hours:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.
• Full‑time position.
• Starting salary of $70,000.00 per year.

• Relocation required before start of employment.
