• Engage directly with restaurant merchants to improve their experience on our platform.
• Develop and execute onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding process.
• Conduct hands-on training for merchant staff on our platform and digital tools.
• Create training materials to support staff understanding and adoption.
• Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements to maximize merchant revenue.
• Adapt quickly in an evolving work environment and contribute to shaping the company's direction.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time with superb attention to detail.
• Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other departments.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

• Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and technical adeptness.
• Experience with POS systems during management tenure is beneficial.
