Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a range of civil infrastructure and wastewater treatment facility projects. This position is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can manage projects from early planning through closeout; coordinate subcontractors and field teams; and ensure each phase is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Lead day‑to‑day project management activities for civil and wastewater treatment projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and progress reporting
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to confirm accuracy and alignment
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, performance, and coordination
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to quickly resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory, environmental, and industry standards

• Proven experience managing civil infrastructure or wastewater treatment construction projects
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, concrete, piping, and plant systems
• Ability to oversee multiple phases of construction with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
