Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing daily operations at the construction site, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing safety protocols, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves ensuring compliance with design specifications, reviewing project documentation, and resolving on-site challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety protocols
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to ensure projects remain within scope and financial guidelines
  • Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure-related construction projects
  • Familiarity with construction software and technologies is a plus
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
