Turner- is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major data center construction program in Detroit. This full-time role involves delivering full-lifecycle cost management, including estimating, procurement support, and final account closeout. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess 3–5 years of experience in cost management specifically for medium or large construction projects.
Understanding procurement strategies and value engineering is essential. On-site presence may vary depending on client needs.
