Job Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
