Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
