Position Summary

The Project Manager IV leads large-scale design and construction projects from planning through completion. You'll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring successful, compliant project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex construction and renovation projects end-to-end
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
• Oversee field operations and resolve project challenges
• Review designs, submittals, and invoices for compliance
• Ensure adherence to codes, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
• Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of experience)
• Strong construction/project management background
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with project management and estimating tools
