Overview

Keo & Associates is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Engineer Intern to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a respected general contractor and construction management firm delivering impactful commercial and federal projects.

If you’re pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and want real-world experience we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer Intern, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents in all phases of construction operations, including:

  • Assisting with document control and submittal tracking
  • Supporting RFI preparation and tracking
  • Reviewing and organizing project drawings and specifications
  • Assisting with cost tracking and change order documentation
  • Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Supporting scheduling updates and coordination efforts
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance
  • Assisting with closeout documentation and punch list tracking

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, P6, Revit or other industry softwares
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in-office and on project sites
