Bid / Negotiate / Close / Build Commercial & Multi-family projects throughout South East Michigan and occasionally beyond. Assist with current and upcoming commercial and mixed-use / multi-family projects. Expertise in multi-story wood frame construction is a plus.

Carpenter / Foreman with their own truck and tools to assist in a variety of projects throughout SE Michigan. Multi-trade experience including a basic knowledge of MEP systems, and an ability to manage a small crew and subcontractors a plus.

Maintenance Foreman with their own truck and tools to assist in a wide variety of projects throughout metro Detroit. Multi-trade experience including carpentry skills and basic knowledge of MEP systems a must. Assignments will be primarily at projects in the City of Detroit, and Detroit resident candidates may receive special consideration for this position.

Laborers with a willingness to work and maintain a positive attitude. Should be able to do heavy lifting and work in demanding conditions. Will be expected to do demolition and construction work as well as daily cleanup and other tasks as assigned.
