Qualifications- 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil work such as asphalt, paving, and road building, with manpower and team leadership.
- Project leadership experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not limited to following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to write the book yourself, not relying on detailed instructions.
- Combination of experience, determination, and critical thinking to develop well-planned, highly productive, and efficient project operations.
