We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in the Detroit metro area. This is a hands‑on role managing daily site operations, safety, schedule, and quality.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and keep work on schedule
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and trade work
- Work closely with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Lead safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
- Monitor quality and resolve issues quickly
- Drive projects through punch list and closeout
- 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Experience with ground-up and interior/tenant improvement work
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and site coordination
- Proven ability to lead subs and active jobsites
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
