Construction Manager | Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Project
USA Field Services is actively seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support and lead execution activities on an active Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project located in Falmouth, Michigan.
Location: Falmouth, MI
Duration: Approximately 4 Months Remaining
Project Status: Currently Under Construction
Start: Immediate Need
This individual will step into an active construction environment and serve as the primary field leadership resource responsible for driving contractor performance, maintaining schedule execution, and coordinating across multiple disciplines.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead day-to-day construction execution activities across the project site
- Manage contractor relationships and maintain accountability across all vendors
- Coordinate construction sequencing and field execution efforts
- Drive schedule adherence and support project milestones
- Partner across construction, engineering, operations, and project leadership teams
- Maintain safety, quality, and field productivity standards
Responsibilities Include:
- Mechanical Installation & Coordination
- Electrical Construction & Integration
- Contractor Performance & Communication
- Field Issue Resolution
- Construction Progress Reporting
- Experience supporting Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities
- Previous exposure to Anaerobic Digester projects strongly preferred
- Experience in related industries will also be considered, including:
Oil & Gas, Industrial Construction, Energy Infrastructure, Process Facilities, Wastewater/Water Treatment, Power Generation, EPC Projects
- Strong field leadership and contractor management experience
- Ability to step into an active project immediately
- Comfortable leading multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Proven ability to execute in fast-paced construction environments
