Position SummaryTriangle Electric Company is seeking a solutions-oriented, proactive Project Manager with a proven ability to plan, organize, and deliver successful electrical construction projects. This role requires a critical thinker and effective leader who can manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from start to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate daily activities with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project specifications
- Conduct or participate in regular jobsite safety meetings and compliance audits
- Anticipate and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays and budget overruns
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication logs
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience (required)
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Strong background in project budgeting, estimating, and forecasting
- Proficiency with project-tracking or scheduling systems
- Electrical engineering degree or PMP certification
- Experience in construction estimating (but not required)
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional references will be requested
- Experience with collective bargaining employees and representatives
