Overview
Join a leading general contractor specializing in diverse construction projects including healthcare, education, commercial and industrial work.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, material pricing, and bid packages for various projects (both hard-bid and negotiated).
- Research and source materials, labor and equipment costs for estimates.
- Lean on local network of subcontractors to gather best pricing for all trades on a given project.
- Utilize construction software to track, prepare, and submit estimates / bid packages.
- Work with client on various project specifications, drawings and requirements to determine project scope.
