Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a world-class data center construction project in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for construction professionals with a strong electrical background interested in working on large-scale, mission-critical projects. The Electrical Superintendent will oversee daily electrical construction activities, coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors and craft labor, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical craft employees and subcontractors.
  • Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction activities.
  • Coordinate work with other trades, engineering, quality, purchasing, and project management teams.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses according to plan.
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure quality installation.
  • Assist in resolving field conflicts and construction issues.
  • Monitor productivity, labor hours, and project progress.
  • Mentor field personnel and provide leadership to project teams.
  • Maintain communication with project stakeholders throughout construction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of construction supervisory experience.
  • Strong electrical construction background.
  • Experience as an Electrical Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience on commercial or industrial construction projects valued at $15M+.
  • Data center or mission critical construction experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and field operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and passport.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70%.
