I am looking for a Project Manager to work for one of the most impressive and respected Owner Developers in the country. This opportunity is based in Detroit

My client is one of the largest and impressive real estate developers in the United States with teams and offices across the world. They have 7 beautiful offices across the country and a brilliant pipeline of work across the world. The type of work they do includes ground-up luxury residential, ground-up commercial, data centers, and hospitality, some of the projects they work on are valued over $3B.

The business has a portfolio of assets worth over $70B and this will continue to grow.

This is a great opportunity to become the Senior Project Manager on a $100M ground up residential project, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The project is a 2-year project and it is a 20 story residential tower.

• Direct, manage and monitor all phases of the project to ensure compliance with contract documents, company and client standards.
• Review RFI’s, shop drawings and submittals submitted by the Subcontractors to verify they are consistent with project requirements.
• Directly responsible for maintaining a budget, change orders, purchase orders, and general conditions project costs.

I am looking for someone who has 15 years of construction project management experience in North America, someone who has a construction related degree and someone who holds good stability on the resume, working on ground up high rise residential projects.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a Real Estate Developer, who general contracts their own work. They are paying between $165,000 – $180,000 + benefits.
