Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

• Base salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience and market conditions).
• Bonus plan:
  Performance-based bonuses of up to 15%.
• Vehicle allowance: $500/month or a company vehicle.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather and verify project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to create comprehensive estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering recommendations.
• Manage bid submissions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
