Hamm's Custom Masonry is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is interested in traveling with our crew to future projects after our current work in Flint, Michigan is complete.

• Assist masons with commercial and residential masonry projects.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Mix mortar, prepare work areas, and maintain a clean job site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Set up and tear down scaffolding and other job site equipment.
• Perform general construction labor as directed by the foreman.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Travel with the crew to future job sites as projects are completed.

• Minimum 6 months of construction experience required.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working at heights, including scaffolding and elevated work platforms.
• Willing to travel with the company following completion of the Flint, Michigan project.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• $18–$25 per hour
