• Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate closely with estimators, self-perform trades, and field staff

• Support constructability reviews and technical problem-solving on complex projects

• Strong experience managing commercial, municipal, health care, or education construction projects
• Background with a construction management, design-build, or general contracting firm
• Ability to manage aggressive schedules and technically complex projects
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and client-facing communication skills
• A detail-oriented, team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Strong financial stability with bonding capacity in excess of $150M
