As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project teams throughout the construction lifecycle. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional to gain experience in project management, field operations, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction, internship experience considered.
- Understanding of construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project controls.
- Ability to assist with project scheduling, document management, procurement tracking, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with field personnel, clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Desire to grow within a project management career path.
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites as needed.
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of construction projects.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement and material tracking activities.
- Help maintain project schedules and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Track budgets, change orders, and project costs.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Assist with project closeout activities and turnover documentation.
- Promote safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout project execution.
