Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week During Training and Deployment)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Mobilization: No Mobilization for Training | Mileage Reimbursed at $0.725/Mile from Home Base (Up to $1,500) for Deployed Projects

Additional Schedule Details: Projects may require 7 Days Per Week and 10-12 Hour Shifts during peak construction and shutdown periods.
Join a contractor supporting commercial and industrial restoration, roofing, scaffold, insulation, coatings, and maintenance projects throughout the United States.
The Construction Field Safety Representative will provide field safety support for roofing, scaffolding, coatings, insulation, and painting operations while assisting project leadership with inspections, hazard recognition, compliance activities, and day-to-day safety oversight.
Required Qualifications- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
- 1-3 Years of Construction Safety Experience
- Experience Working Around Roofing, Scaffolding, Aerial Lifts, or Working at Heights
- Experience Supporting Commercial or Industrial Construction Sites
- Ability and Willingness to Travel Nationwide for Project Assignments
- Roofing Safety Experience
- Scaffold Safety Experience
- Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Fall Protection Experience
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- CHST, ASP, CSP, STSC, or Other BCSP Credential
- Provide field safety support for roofing, scaffolding, coatings, insulation, and painting operations
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor work involving aerial lifts, elevated work, scaffold access, and fall protection systems
- Assist with pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and daily safety discussions
- Identify hazards and work with supervision to develop practical corrective actions
- Support project leadership with safety compliance and documentation requirements
- Assist with safety orientations and onboarding activities
- Maintain required inspection records, reports, and safety documentation
- Provide coaching and reinforcement of safe work practices in the field
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Serve as a visible safety presence on active jobsites
- Support the client's safety culture and operational standards across all assignments
