Job SummaryDRYmedic® Restoration Services currently seeking a Reconstruction Estimator. We are looking to hire a positive candidate who is detail oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities- Creating estimates in Xactimate.
- Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
- Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
- Managing and organizing documentation.
- Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
- Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.
- 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire;
Mold is a plus. - 2+ years' experience in Xactimate
- IICRC certified.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
$60,000 - $90,000 per year
