Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for residents and guests? We are seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for one of our premier apartment communities. This position is ideal for an individual with outstanding communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In this resident-facing role, you will help create a welcoming environment, assist residents and visitors, and support the day-to-day operations of the community. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing a first-class resident experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome residents, guests, and prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general community information
- Coordinate resident packages, deliveries, and visitor access
- Assist with resident events and community engagement activities
- Monitor building access and help maintain community security procedures
- Handle resident service requests and communicate with onsite teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as needed
- Support the onsite management team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive resident experience
- Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous multifamily, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus
