• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately document information and maintain confidentiality.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, family engagement, or school office support.
• Experience working in K–12 education or with enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and basic data entry.

This is a temporary, part-time position with the following schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Duration:
Approximately 7 weeks, supporting network-wide recommitment outreach efforts.
