Seeking customer-oriented, outgoing team player for multi-task position. This position requires someone who is energetic, ambitious and works well with others.
Position OverviewThis is a seasonal full-time position that runs from September through March
, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who would enjoy having the summer months off. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of our propane and home heating business.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process home heating and propane orders accurately and efficiently.
- Accept customer payments and assist with account-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data within company systems.
- Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
