• Present and review comprehensive dental treatment plans with patients
• Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date patient records
• Process payments and assist with financial arrangements
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Support daily front office operations and overall practice flow
