END Studio is seeking a Project Designer/Project Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The position is full‑time and salaried, with compensation commensurate with experience. RequirementsAs a small office with a strong focus on collaboration, we look for team members who are excited to explore, experiment, and co‑create with us. The right candidate will be versatile, thoughtful, and creative with the ability to synthesize aesthetics and technical detail into great design. The candidate should be highly motivated with ability to self‑manage and balance a variety of projects and tasks.
Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the ability to manage other team members is required. A thorough understanding of construction documents, detailing, structure, building systems, zoning, and building code is expected. The candidate should have a professional or master’s degree in architecture and 5+ years of experience. Architecture licensure is a plus. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite are required.
Design‑build or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Manage and lead the design of 2‑3 projects at a time, including management of design teams, project schedules and budgets, and documentation
- Assist with design, detailing, and drawing of other projects in the office
- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout design
- Construction administration, including site visits, RFI’s, and submittal review
